Need some help with bluetooth!

As I said I need some help from a pro, who understands something!
So, I have HP Pavilion dv6000 laptop for a year now, it was working fine, till few days ago my screen just went black, anywhy, it got fixed, but now my bluetooth isn't working, so does my webcam!
i have a built-in bluetooth thingy and a built-in webcam!.....
So, i called this guy, and he said that i need to go to the device maneger to uninstall the driver and re-install, but i don't get the button to unistall the bluetooth bus enumerator, then i called him again, he said that i need to download a driver and install that one!
Well i checked hp.com downloaded a driver update, but nothing happened, then i tried to search for bluetooth bus enumerator on google, didn't find it!...so my question is, what the hell should i do, and should i give a fuck what kind of bluetooth driver i download?

Maybe your built-in Bluetooth and webcam is fried when your screen went black? It could be a hardware issue rather than software.

it can't be!....because my wirless network is working just fine, and they both have the same switch!
