Is he gay or straight? At a glance, the key to telling might be in the way he walks.
A swing of the hips or a swaggered shoulder is enough for many casual observers to identify a man’s sexual orientation, according to a study published in the September issue of the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.
Observers were only able to accurately guess the sexual orientation of men; with women, their guesses didn’t exceed chance.
...
As the gay men walked, they slightly swayed their hips. The observers were accurate in assessing the men's sexual orientation a little more than 60 percent of the time.
...
As the lesbians walked, they slightly moved their shoulders back and forth — Johnson calls it a less exaggerated version of an Arnold Schwarzenegger-type swagger.
So, I guess, some NLSCers should post videos of themselves walking?

I've been walking for a limp the last month and a half so I don't know what that says about me.

also of note is the skin-tight shirts, pink shirts, hair care products and hand motions to name a few.

I can understand why the other things are on that list, but what is wrong with hair products ?
I suppose you notice when a guy is gay.. Since he tries to act/walk/talk like a girl. Thats how I notice it, so its not just the walk .

There's one guy I know who I suspected was gay ever since he was 6 or 8, simply how he moved his hands dainty-like. Fast forward 10 years later, and I find out that he is actually gay. I guess that could be another obvious indicator.

I just really, really like it when people notice my ass. So I slide it from side to side while I walk.

It really helps since you have such a bony ass.

Swaying of hips: Gay.
Swaying of shoulders: Lesbian.
No swaying: Straight.
Limp? Animal sex.
You win.

Guys I think I'm gay.
Mon Oct 01, 2007 8:23 am
What about holding hands with the same sex, does that count as gay?

So basically, men who walk like straight women are gay and women who walk like straight men are lesbian.
I don't know about you, but I walk like these guys most of the time -

At my school, so many guys wear pink shirts. It's supposed to be cool but they look extremely queer. Add popped collars to that list. Anyone who pops their collar is silently coming out of the closet.

It would seem that over half of fraternity brothers are gay....who would've thought that all the penis games, gay chicken, and spanking of brothers with paddles made you gay?

That's not queer. That's just stupid.
They think that by wearing a pink shirt they are showing how comfortable they are with their masculinity. Anyone knows that yellow is the real man's color.

That's not queer also. That's just retarded.

Along with cuddling together while watching a musical.
or...
getting plastered on PJ and laying down on your crush's lap.
*sigh* what a bad bad decision that was..
The hip move is definetly one way of telling. I think for most gay men it is intentional (i do it to a degree and i know it is intentional on my part). I do it only to draw attention to myself (from other gay men, i dont give a damn about 'standing out' or any of that garbage people want to proclaim).
But rly, I am not that different, and when I'm around people I know, I dont even do it.
