help needed please!

hey guys!! huddle! i need help! i know nothing about computers, but that mines been slowly put putting away to the point where it farts everytime i type a key so a friend said this computer's okay, but she's a dope, and i dont know anyone else who isnt!!! they can tell me where ashton kutcher was yesterday but they cant......... anyway, here is what i'm thinking of..... is it okay? improvements? halp!!!

Get a nice Hard Drive....that what i would do if your Computer kept Farting And don't forget to replace the keyboard.....or...i would take out every key on your keyboard and clean under it....then put the keys back in
