When I play Tekken (the last one I think is Tekken 3 
) I use Yoshimitsu. His super-move is pretty cheesy and easy to do (back-back-square), and is really too slow.

Yoshimitsu is not bad despite being slow

Every character is good, if you know how to use him

IMO, Nina is the best Tekken fighter - lightning fast, lots of combos & great pokes & throws.
