how can i convert .rmj and .rmx into MP3's?

everytime i copy a CD into Real One Player it's in either .rmx or . rmj and when i make them into an MP3 CD and lend them to friends to copy they can't play the songs cos of the format............so i was wonderin if anyone knew what i could download to convert these files?
