NBA Shootout 2004 - 4 players online at one time?

Reading this info:

"NBA ShootOut 2004 will also be equipped for online play via 989 SportsOnline, a feature that was sorely missing from last year's game. You can show off your ballin' skillz in a game with up to four players, or compete in tournament mode with up to 64 online competitors."

By saying "You can show off your ballin' skillz in a game with up to four players" do you think they mean you can have 4 people playing online with each other at one time? This game comes out at the end of this month, and if that feature is available I think I'll buy it just for that reason alone.

Yeah 4 Players is nice but if it looks an plays like last years game buying it period would be a waste of money. Hopefully its better.
