Computer Sleep mode issues

Hi, I used to put my computer into S3 suspend mode everytime I was done using it. However, I now have a problem, it won't wake up! I power my computer back on and everything turns on. It doesn't do anything though because there is no feed to my monitor and the usb ports are not on. Anybody know how to fix this and if you need more info on my pc please ask.
