Hi my name is Mark Brown wellcome to D-Troit here you will find the lastest news of the Detroit Lions and the rest of the NFL. In our first show we will look back to the last year sesason in wich the Lions won the NFL tittle for the 5th time in the Lions history. They started last year been the underdogs but they came big as the season finished. The MVP of the season was the quarterback Joey Harrington he got it because he lead his team to the finals we had an interview after they got Super Bowl this is what he had to say:

"What´s the first thoughts after you finished the game?"

"I couldn´t believe it. It was like a movie I think I still don´t fall. Last year we were a rebuilding team and now we won the tittle."

"Why do you think you won the tittle?"
Joey Harrington
"Well we had work hard to get it. All the year we focus on getting the tittle and no more. It was a team work from the begining even when the media didn´t take us seriusly we keep as a team"

"Well looking into the future the team is changing coaches How that´s going to shock the mainset?"
Joey Harrington
"I hope this change help the team to get another tittle. It´s time to get some new focus."

But now we have to think in to the future of Detroit. The roster have lost 6 players and the most important player was Ray Brown a left guard with 87 in ovrl. But the shocking change will be the new coach. After wining the NFL tittle S.Mariucci decided to leave the team and to take a time out away from the league. The new head coach is from Argentina his name is Sebastian Nadilo ha was picked after he won 3 tittles in South America this was his first interview after the sign contract

"Hello my name is Sebastián Nadilo and I have been pick to lead this team. My main aim will be to bring this team up by making a better deffence. When it comes to reorder the roster I will try not to make a extreme change I want to work with the tools I have right now. One of my first desition was to change the Special Team coach I ask for J.Bonamego because I trust his morale will add something great to this team. Also I will add 5 Rookies to this roster to came up with some new blood."

For this Offseason the Lions will match the Giants, the Broncos, the Falcons and the Colts. This is how the offseason is going to be for the Lions

The first matchup is on Monday 9 of August at 9:00 pm when the Lions meet the New York Giants. The Lions have more offence than the Giants but their have lower number in the deffence. I don´t think there is much of a difference between the Special Teams in both teams. It will be a ground battle as coach Nadilo said his gameplay is focus on getting the yards by runinig.
