Lucky for you especially after what happened to my team. We were the best team in TN, and we were undefeated at 11-0 until Friday when we lost to a 8-3 team in the playoffs. We have like 8-9 players on scout.com and rivals.com. We have one of the best kickers in the nation, Josh Jasper and he going to LSU next year. This was our coach last year, and this will be our last year having a team like this. We might end up having 8-9 players going D-1.

Congrats buddy, what position do you play?
We have a kid named Jason Ford, at one of our local high schools that is going to Notre Dame and will be their best recruit in the 2008 recruting class.

This is why I want to move to the US. Sports is bigtime, not like here in NZ where all anybody cares about is the All Blacks. BHZMAFIA, your school must be very good, because you have 10 players on scout.com:
Melvin Carter (*)
Dasmine Cathey (**)
Aaron Crawford (**)
Demadre Dean (*)
Rickey Hamer (*)
Josh Jasper (**)
Larry McDaniel (*)
Lagrone Shields (**)
Cornelius Smith (*)
Kendrick Walls (*)
Thats a crazy amount of D1 calibre players on one (non super powerhouse) HS football team. I have a question for you: Do you now a PG by the name of Maurice Miller? (Raliegh Egypt High)

I wish I grew up in the USA, preferably in New England/Indiana/Portland area. Their school system (especially how they handle sports) is just awesome. I could be a 6'3 Mark Madsen of the HS basketball team. Only prettier.

Yea, we played Raleigh Egypt last year, and I think we play them again this year. We lost to them by 1 last year though. He is real good though and I think he going to Georgia Tech. But all I know now about those players is that Lagrone is going to Texas Tech, he was going to Colorado, but Tech tried to ambush him. Josh is going to LSU, Cornelius is going to Southern Miss and the rest of them haven't really decided. Dasmine, Josh and Aaron were all nominated for Mr. Tennessee Football too. The bad thing about the school I go to, is that there are too many athletes and its hard to really get noticed. IF some of our athletes that aren't listed on scout went to another school in Memphis, they would end up being star players. Its just not enough shine for everybody though.

I'm just wondering, all of these guys will be getting full rides right?

Cool thing there, know little about football...

But I like the way sports are organized there, you actually get recognized and scouts come and watch you...

America...
Tue Nov 14, 2006 10:13 am
There are still scouts in other countries cloudy.

I think it's more the fact taht people like American sports. If you're in Australia, there are surely scouts for rugby union/league and afl... its like getting socuted for basketball/football in the USA.
So sports is still organised here as it is in America. It's just that some people want to get noticed in American sports.

This is about a kid from my hometown..
Hes a Junior from Althoff High School, named Jason Ford. He is probably going to Notre Dame.
Heres a very small article on him
Notre Dame would like to bring in a top running back with every recruiting class. A player to keep an eye on is Jason Ford of Althoff Catholic High School (Belleville, Ill.) Ford has already visited Notre Dame and he will be one of the top prospects in the 2008 recruiting class.
