Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

I dunno, I upgraded it and the default skin is much better and slicker than Version 1, though I never used the default skin anyways. I didn't notice much difference except for that there is a
spell checker built into Firefox 2.0 so if you type something that may be wrong it will be underlined. Only thing that is annoying with this feature is that my name will be underlined every time. Though it does making writing more professional.
Hopefully more skins come out for it soon.

lol yeah my bad guys.
As for Mazz's question about Deletion of Bookmarks, I find it interesting because I've seen the many posts concerning that issue, yet I've yet to have any of my bookmarks deleted.
I usually don't have anything in the Bookmarks section of my Firefox anyways, its usually on the tab under the URL bar.

Yea, I've never really encountered any bookmark problems.
Your right also, those red dots are annoying.

Within the last few days. If you just did the check for updates thing I dont thing it would have come up (at least thats what happened when I first tried).

I've been running the betas and RCs for months, it's quite nice. The download manager is a little messed up, but overall

I formatted my computer Thursday (There's nothing like a freshly formatted computer

) and decided to give it a go afterwards, and it's quite nice. I don't really see any major difference in it though as it appears almost completely the same. Still, very solid and my favorite browser.
I do, however, keep getting this error where it sometimes just shows the sites html/php code. Does anyone else get this?

I just downloaded Firefox 2.0 and while it's not much different, I like the subtle look of the toolbar. My favorite is probably the automatic spell-checker

Firefox 2 is a good browser but it's pretty slow and uses a lot of RAM...I prefer Opera 9, even if all those nice addons that are available for Firefox aren't for Opera.

The automatic spell-checker could work out well for some of our members, maybe we should have a sticky in the NBA Live 07 general issues forum. LOL.

I'm considering re-downloading it, but my only concern is that it might not be compatible with a lot of webpage layouts.

I downloaded Firefox 2.0 last night, and have found it to be incredibly slow with loading. Any tech savvy guys here have a suggestionf or how to speed up performance of this particular application?
