uh... why did you just quote him and not write anything? you could of just said i agree or something

I haven't taken my vert in 2 years. Last time I took it was at some Sports bonanza at the Ben Franklin Museum in Philly. It was like 41, but I couldn't even dunk then, rim blocks all day.

holy crap, you got ups... :o

my vert is like maybe 20" or something :(

Drive on full-spead to the hole, then while I make a jumpstop I dribble the ball from my right hand to my left behind the back, the defender still is in the motion of defending the bucket while I have created space for a open jumper

i kinda do that but what i do it drive full speed to the hole but than do a pull-back crossover and shoot. or i fake like i am pulling up than the man trys to get back and goes in the air and i either draw the contact and shoot or i go under him and either lay it in or hand it off to a big man if there man comes to help.

I didn't read anything else, but my fav 'official' game move is the fake crossover where I have the ball in my right hand bring it to my left hip and flick it back the other way, if you lean your right shoulder with the ball and don't overuse it works almost everytime.

In organised ball, my favourite move is driving straight down the middle for sure, you'll be how often u can do an nba live-esque move ie, all the defenders get out of the way :) for an easy layup.

Also if i got a defender covering me, i just drive into them, usually picking up the blocking call on them since defenders hardly plant their feet :)

hook shots are easily, 2-3? you made 2 or of 3 hook shots, really? that is sad, you only took 3 hook shots? lol

i forgot this one of one of my favs
I drive to the right side(it is easier), not trying to blow by my man so he is wit me than when i get close enoug to do a lay-up i kinda jump and do a 90 degree turn in the air and i shoot while i am falling away, it always surpises my man and it has never failed for me(as long as i can remember doing it)

sorry for the big file, but a gif says more then words doesnt it? :P

I was posting him up, made a fall-away fake (for you this maybe doesnt look like a fall-away fake, but he knows I like to shoot em and he remembers the motion before the shot so he saw it coming) defender jumps, step inside, Easy basket

Thx for planting the pic Martin

sure  lol

i was trying some thing out today and i really like it. You start to drive with the ball in the hand of the side you are on of the basket but only like a large jab step but you are dribbling, than your leg of whichever side you are on, lets say right is in front of you and you go low so you are like you are continuning driving but you kinda do a pull back between your legs and than shoot. i know it sounds weird but it works and some people have told me it looks cool :D

Shoulda used your left  Very nice move, works well, and if the defender thinks you'll do it again you just keep going and get a fairly easy shot.

yeah I know it should be with my left hand. Will think about it the next time, I just wanted the shot to be a 100% sure score. And I could screw it up with my left hand :P

nice move in that gif file
today i tried moves on a friend and they absolutely burnt him but i didnt end up scoring on them, so to score i used my post moves, they worked really well, they are my go-to play when i need a score or if im on the perimeter i use the Timmy Hardaway Crossover
