Civilization IV or Rome: Total War?

Now what's a better game? which one is more impressive and enjoyable when you played the game?

In a couple of days I'll be getting one and I'm still undecided.

Please help.

Those two games are totally different. Civ IV is more about economy and city-management, and rome: tw is a strategic battle game. It depends on your preferences.

Personally, I liked Civ IV a lot better.
