anybody seen the "new" TMNT cartoons?? I've caught a few epsidoes and have been horribly confused. One episode featured a whole gang of brains tat looked like Krang, but they were good. and another showed a rhinoceros in Rocksteady's clothing, but he was good. also, I saw one with Baxter and he was black! (but I soon learned that he was black in the comics so it's ok)

Anyone remember that episode where Shredder becomes good and Splinter became evil, I think they swap bodies or something like that. That was one of the funniest TMNT episodes ever.

I've seen it, unfortunately. They changed the story.

Based on the new TMNT:
The brains are an alien species and Shredder is a member of that alien species, so that means the Shredder is just a mechanical body of an evil brain (kind of like Krang and his body). The good brains were after the bad brain (Shredder) because he was originally their prisoner. Shredder was the cause of the mutagen spilling unto the sewer which caused Splinter and them turtles to mutate.
The rhino in the new series is also an alien. The turtles were transported to an alien world trying to catch/escape Shredder. It also showed a bunny character which is similar to Usagi Yojimbo of the original series.

I'm disappointed with the new series with the changes and other stuff. It's just trying hard to be "cool".

I thought shredder and michaelangelo had their brains swapped over. But Shredder had a buzz word that made him change back.
