how do i get the banners under my username like u guys i know its a stupid question but im new

If by banners you mean 'avatar'- the picture of whatever you want.... go to the profile button up at the top of the screen. The place to upload your avatar is at the bottom.

If you mean the "NLSC team member" thing- you have to be on the website's team to get that.
