Temp Files

Maybe it's not the right forum to post this, but there are many Photoshop guru's here, so hopefully someone's able to help me.
Anyone of you know if it's possible to open Photoshop CS2's temporary files (situated in C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Temp) and recover the files?
I was working with Photoshop and my computer crashed and I didn't save the files. I know Photoshop saves temp files when you don't have enough virtual RAM aviable and deletes them when you close Photoshop, but someone told me that when the computer crashes Photoshop keeps the files.
I'd like to know if it's possible to recover those files, because it'll take me like 3 hours to re-make them. Thanks in advance

try looking for some answers on google or browse around on some photoshop or graphics forums coz i don't really know the answer andyou seem to be in a hurry. and Monte, go away
