Could Someone Pull it off?

i have a console version of nba live 06 so when i take pics from the TV, there is always a glare in the top of the picture, could anyone use photoshop magic to eliminate the glare if i sent you the pics?

Only way i know of doing that is to manually fill in the missing areas.

well i dont have photoshop so i was hopimg that if i posted some, that someone here would be kind enough to help me.
