The Sims 2: The Life of Dom

Well I have decided to do a "dynasty", but based on The Sims 2.

My character's name is Dom Salgado (random name) and he is a teenager. He is living with his father, Papa Salgado, (I just made him because you have to have an adult) who will be doing most of the work around the house. :P

Hopefully I can get a scholarship in Athletics and make it to University and complete something. :) I will have to get full body to get the scholarship or somewhere near full, so it will be tough but if I can't get it I will hopefully get a good job after Uni.

I have chosen the neighbourhood Pleasant View to live in, but I havn't bought no house's just yet.

Enough with my boring talk and let me introduce you my character in all of the outfits I chose.

Everyday Outfit (he dosen't seem to happy in the pic with this outfit, lol)

Formal Outfit

Athletic Outfit

Boxers

PJ's

Swimwear Outfit

And the Aspiration I chose was Pleasure Life. :P

Tomorrow, I will update this and inform you about what house I chose and tell you a little bit more about Pleasant View.

Hmm interesting. The only thing I ever played Sims was building my own house and cheating to get 1000000+ money. Like I wanted to be poor in a game, just like in reality

Let's see how this will work out.

Sims on the Hunt for a House

Here is the neighbourhood. There are a couple massive houses here.

Pleasant View

==============================================================================================

It's time for the Salgado's to go hunting for a new house!

I have 2 houses in mind but one is about $4,000 more than the other.

Let's move onto House 1, the cheapest of the 2. This one cost's about $12,000

Image

It is a one story house, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets (1 with a bath).
It is a fairly small house, but isn't too bad for what it's worth

Here is the inside of the house.

==============================================================================================

Ok, House 2.

This one cost's about $16,000

Image

It is a 2 story house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets (the one downstairs is just a toilet and a sink and the one upstairs, where the bedrooms are, is the one with the shower)

Here is the inside of the house.

It is a good 2 story house but is also more expensive, I like this one more but I don't no which one to choose because I only have $20,000 to spend.

I have set up a poll for which on you think is better, Please vote because this will affect the decision.

House 1 or House 2.

2nd one. Its $6000 more expensive but you have to pay $10,000 for the first, so you may as well invest in the better of the two :)

I'd say the first one because its only yourself and everything will be closer. You dont want to be running all over the place looking for stuff, or having to run down some stairs when you are late for work (you will be left behind).

I actually had to make a father (some random person because you need an adult)
I wrote it in my first post.

Oh, It's $10,000, I knew it was something around there, just couldn't be bothered to check the price properly. :P

I don't know why, THe Sims games are always fun to play, but after a while, I just get sick of playing them. You just get into a routine for your people, waking up, eating, going to work, shower, sleep and it just gets old really fast. heh, kinda like real life.

I used to play Sims 2, I loved it. I'd go through phases though where I just couldn't play it anymore. I think it's great as long as you don't think too much while you're playing it.... just kinda let your brain die.

I never really played it-my sister does though. Some eb games guy scammed me into buying extra expansions for Sims 1-he said it wouldn't work otherwise

Salgado's First Day

Well, the first day of in our new house ended with us having to re-stock our food supply by ordering food online. One day, and all the food is gone .

Dom Salgado was hard at work building up his body and has gotten 2 body skill points, he really want's this scholarship, I can tell. :P
Papa Salgado got his first job as a security guard and seemed very nervous as he was leaving.
