A day at the local playground...

Well, today I was shooting with my friend at a local outdoor court and these HS Seniors came out, both were like 6'5'', and they challenged us to play. Well, on our first possession, I got a chance to slap the rock through the big man's legs, I took it an laid it in. And on one possession I crossed them up and dunked (note, the rim was about 8'5'' and I'm 5'5'') and they were like :shock:

They play organized, I don't. No wonder Finland has produced only one NBA player, Hanno Mottola...

Ha! Brazil has already produced 4 NBA players, if I'm not mistaken... Pipoca (Dallas), Rolando (Portland)... plus Nenê (Denver) and Leandrinho (Phoenix)... And 2 more on the way... Thiago Splitter and Anderson Varejão...

rigaudeau will end up his contract & be back in europe next year but mickael pietrus & boris diaw were just drafted, there will be 5 french players in NBA next years.

(+ Weis the "phantom menace" drafted in 1999, Alain Digbeu drafted in the second round of the 97 draft by the Hawks but never signed, and a center, drafted but who never played, in the late 50's)

yeah I 4-got to type the Bucks Center Dan Gadzuric...but there was another one I think, not 100% sure. I dunno if he got a contract or it was just summerleague or something :roll:
