seems true to me because..

and as you can see they have the same nose/ears/eyes etc

still fake for me. it's just unbelievable. <shakes head>

Given there's a precedent for such a condition, it could well be real as Snopes points out. The question marks surround the origins, suggesting the pictures could be real but the article is not, especially since the location seems to vary in various accounts.
