Who wants to be a millionaire (Australia)

I missed Eddys last episode on Monday and i want to know who is taking over now that he has left, is there any news on it?

The biggest rumour is Livinia Nixon or whatever her name is. A few people who were at the final taping said she came out in a power suit thing and presented him with something, but it looked like he was "handing over" the show to her.

James Brayshaw tried out for it as i heard on SAFM.

I'm trying to recall that Greg Fleet quote..."(something) is a powerful tool, but then again so is Eddie Maguire."

Whoever the new host turns out to be, here's hoping they prove to be a lot less distracting. No wonder it took ages for our version of the show to yield a millionaire.

This almost feels like the Gossip Column. Oh well.

The show will be on hiatus for along time while they think of someone new to make as the host - I hear at least until the end of July/August.

It will probly be some person whos new to TV, 9 needs a new personality

Oh god, I hate those trivia challenges. Only cos they're easy and you feel special that you know the answers, but you never ring them

Tom Wood or whatever the guy's name from Blue Heelers is, auditioned for it.

That's the newest rumour flying around, there's also Georgie Parker and someone else I can't remember.
