Is Midnight Club 3 Remix worth Getting?

I was wondering this because i heard the greatest hits version of MC3 had all this new stuff in it with new cars and a new city to race in it, but also only for the greatest hits price. I'm wondering if anyone can confirm this with me and if its worth it. and no, i dont have the original MC3 version.
