My first sig

Guys i just got photoshop today and i made my first sig.

What do you think?

sorry but that deserves to be in worst graphics man....
the text... horrible cut... no.

Yeah i know it isn't grea,but its only my first sig so im learning and discovering new things. Jing thanks for being honest.

Well I even think my first sig is better. sorry for sayin that.

But everyone's first sig sucks. Like look at nbalive744's or mine.

Keep trying it. Check out some tutorials also.

Here's some advice for ALL Photoshop users, not just Pera.

DO NOT POST YOUR FIRST SIGS ON THE BOARD. JUST KEEP MAKING SIGS UNTIL THEY LOOK DECENT AND THEN START POSTING THEM.

But i really wanted to post my first sig,because now i know what im doing wrong and you sig experts can help me.

I think a beter idea is to pm your crappy sigs to a great sig maker and ask them for advice instead of posting it inthe forum

One question: Is any diffrence between the 30 day tryout and the full version off photoshop Because i only have the tryout version

Honestly, I am not sure if some features are locked in the trial version. Hopefully someone with knowledge about that will come around and answer your question.

I'd tell you how to get full version but it's not a very good idea.

i dont think its bad posting your first sig in here. Get some critisicm on how to make it better.

The sig needs a lot of work BTW.

ttext looks out of place. pick a better font and add some effects to it.

cutting still needs some work, but its getting a little better

try using other people's cuts at first, before cutting your own stuff. when cutting, use the eraser tool, not that other tool that everyone uses. better results

well, first off, the background is pink. might want to change that.

there are a million pre-cut pictures of mj floating around the net. You can use those for now, but there are also a lot of ways to cut out the pic and obviously you should use a different one. Try either the eraser or pen tool.

For text, try adding layer effects (1px stroke, drop shadow, etc.) and get some good fonts from www.dafont.com. The default fonts suck dick.
