Possible College Basketball Dynasty... need help.

Tue Mar 14, 2006 8:49 am

I've been playing Fast Break College Basketball lately and I'm thinking about doing a dynasty story. Since keepingitgangsta did one, I'm quite enjoying it so I figured I'd do my own... what I need is a team to use. Here's the criteria...

THE ROSTERS ARE FROM LAST SEASON (with Bogut and co.)

1: I want a decent team, but not a team that'll destroy everyone in season one.
2: I want maybe 2 or 3 guys who are sort of on the draft radar or well known
3: Preferably an unranked team, or a team somewhere on the brink
4: A team that could pull in some decent recruits

At the moment I'm thinking Utah, St Mary's or Baylor... only because there's Aussies in the team, but I'd like some suggestions from people who know more about this kind of thing.

in the end, i think you're just gonna end up doing the college hoops dynasty with utah anyway, but ill still give suggestions. how about syracuse, michigan state, or wake forest?

I've sort of done one with Utah in preparation and got bored, I like the look of Michigan State though.

Yo St. Mary's has got kikert as well, but just try out some teams and whoevers you like the best, you should be (Y)

Colorado University (y). Ruby is the only solid player on the team!

I like Boston College with Craig Smith & Jared Dudley, but they might be too strong for you....tough ACC division though....

Jae & Jugs, where can I get this game?!?

and Jae, since it's last year's rosters, Boston College won't be as good, so they could be a goer (Y) no Aussies though (N)

Check your PM's (Y)

downloaded game & so on....well like Jae, I'm thinking of starting a dynasty, & am looking for a team....knowing me, I'm probably keen for a mid-major, Cinderella type team....any suggestions?!?

as for dynasty, it would just be secondary to my Blazers' one & probably wouldn't have the depth or coverage of the other one, due to time constraints....

Yeah I'm starting to realise I probably don't have the time for one, but I might do something basic.

Maybe Iowa State, George Washington, (last year's) Mississippi State?

Thu Mar 16, 2006 9:16 am

Cal or Florida State

I might do one of these with the madness coming and I found my MM05.

Thu Mar 16, 2006 12:04 pm

Baylor (y)

Fri Mar 17, 2006 4:24 pm

Arizona? They have a very likeable team.
UCLA?
Cincinnati (Y) -That'd be my pick. Undersized front court in Erick Hicks and Jason Maxiell, both 6'7 but very agressive. James White, of course.
Washington-Nate Robinson and company lol.
