I dug the first Universal Soldier too. Hard Target was decent too, I had a thing for guns back then & that shotgun was mighty fine looking. Nowhere To Run was watchable.

Bloodsport is fantastic. I've watched that movie so many times, the sequels aren't too bad either.

On a side note, I've read several times that he once challenged Bruce Lee to a fight, in which Bruce of course kicked the shit out of him... Does anyone know if this is true, or just a made up story that people caught on to?

The story just got mixed up.

As said before, Norris and Bruce Lee both starred in a film in which Norris played the villain and was whooped by Bruce Lee.

Someone did challenge Bruce Lee to a fight, on Lee's last film before he died. It was one of the extras who played Lee's martial arts students in the film. The extra didn't believe the hype about Lee's ass-kicking skills. Bruce Lee accepted the challenge and beat the crap out of the young punk.

Chuck Norris's girlfriend once asked him how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. He then shouted, "HOW DARE YOU RHYME IN THE PRESENCE OF CHUCK NORRIS!" and ripped out her throat. Holding his girlfriend's bloody throat in his hand he bellowed, "Don't root with Chuck!" Two years and five months later he realized the irony of this statement and laughed so hard that anyone within a hundred mile radius of the blast went deaf.

Jack Bauer kicked ass for a seaon or two, four was the max, they should've just let his sorry ass die. I have like 12 episodes of Season Five, but I just can't bring myself to actually sit down and watch it. Every time they get close to something, a twist comes and they go onto a whole other trail.

I've watched the first 4 episodes and it's not that worthy, not worthy at all. I have episodes 5 till 12 just sitting on my HD. It just doesn't pull my attention, now I'll have less interest because of what you said, the fact that the Shield has like 2 episodes to go (every Tuesday) and last Sunday (12th), the new season of the last season of The Sopranos just started. (What a start btw.) Prison Break also returns on the 20th.

24 was basically a "keep me busy" till these shows returned. And boy am I glad they returned.

Edit: Cyanide, Jack Bauer is the character played by Kiefer Sutherland in 24. He's this all kcik ass motherfucker who keeps saving the world but people (law enforcers) still try to put him in jail for his "unconventional" methods.

Basically he's the new age's Chuck Norris, Mr. Do It All.
