I voted for Accountant but I have to say if "Acrobat" or "Bear Wrestler" was an option I would've voted that way. Just for the hell of it.

yep, I'll be catching a train in....is easier that way....

looks like the votes are in:
Accountant 7
Business Analyst 4
Marketing Executive 4
Sniper 4
Commercial Lawyer 2
Stockbroker 1
Fluffer 1 :x

well, with my vote to check out the results it has moved Accountant to 8....yep, I'm an Accountant, but a lot of the other disciplines (sniper & fluffer) not included are covered in my range of work....

it is a proven fact that Accountants are big drinkers compared to other professionals....each of the professions (outside of fluffer of course) I gave I did have a link to....

my undergraduate degree was Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Strategic Management & Small Business Entrepreneurship....I wanted to get into a Business Analyst role, but they are few & far between & I soon discovered there were not any entry level graduate positions anywhere in this field....

so after a period of unemployment I caught on at an Accounting firm, needed a job & I was good with numbers, so after a while, they wanted me to do with my Masters....so I did my Masters of Business in Professional Accountancy whilst working....since then I have been working as an Accountant....work isn't that bad & don't believe all the stereotypes, they are mostly untrue (although some Accountants definitely fit into that mold  )....

Marketing Executive, well I couldn't really catch on in Marketing after my degree, but the topic interested me, & my mate said I should be in marketing as I always come up with catchy/attention-grabbing slogans....

Stockbroker, outside of minor dabbling in it, am not one....although since Sit's dynasty story had me as one, thought I'd throw that in....

Commercial Lawyer....in my current job I do have to cover a lot of similar issues to a Commercial Lawyer....was good at commercial law at uni, & I thought since you all noticed I got along with Weaver, that there must be a lawyer connection....I obviously tricked a couple of you

The closest I've become to being a sniper is in Perfect Dark or watching Bourne Identity or being a fan of Shifty in Band of Brothers

so there you go Jugs, I'm a bean counter  I was impressed with Jae getting it off the bat....Jae, you continue to amaze me with your intuitiveness, I just hope you can use it in whatever job or career you get in your future

I figured you were an accountant since in your dynasty stories you use alot of in depth statistics and things like that. I'm into that kind of thing aswell, only I suck at maths so bascially my statistics are flawed

Accountant. Somehow I didn't think imagine you as one. Although I'm thinking about being one myself.

that's music to my ears :P actually most people that meet me don't think I'm an Accountant....a lot think I'm a professional of some sort, but not an Accountant....because I am malleable I can fit into most sub-sections of society....I'm from a lower-middle class background, have lived with dealers, drop-outs, lesbians, ex-Champion League soccer players, girls with big boobs, girls without big boobs, where keg parties were the norm & were held at least once a month....

the thing with being an Accountant is the stereotypes, but just say 'f it'....like I've had girls ask me what I do, & I'd be honest, & you could see the change in their expression, interest for you & they'd say "that must be a pretty boring job" blah de blah....for people like that, who it's not really worth wasting your time associating with anyway, I always fire it back, "okay, so what do you do?" Normally they'll say "I'm a waitress, I work at a supermarket, I work as admin etc"....And I'll say, well I'd rather be an Accountant than that....or I did that when I was in uni & it was very boring....I'm usually not so mean, but at times people really do deserve it....I don't care if someone works in a supermarket, heck I did it during uni & loved it, a job's a job....but if someone will give me shit about my job or run off stereotypes (which I must admit are true in some cases for my profession) then they better be ready to take some back

even if you don't want to be an Accountant which I'm still not really sure on, it's a good base degree & you can move into finance, banking, commerce, etc....it's the core discipline behind all business

actually it was only one ex-Champions League soccer player that I lived with....it was at the same time that I lived with a lesbian....he was coaching the NZ Women's University Team & the Canterbury Men's University Team....I never actually checked in on his details to confirm his story but I took his story at face value as it didn't seem like he was lying....

he was of Indian decent or one of those countries, I'm actually not too sure of his name anymore as it's been 5 years since I lived with him & I only lived with him a few months....all I remember is his story & that he was a fellow Metallica fan....

he said he played for Grasshoppers (team in Switzerland I believe)....from the details I got, he was very young when he played for them, in his teens....I know he was a defender, but I didn't press him on all the details as it was still a sore topic with him....I can't remember all the details as I was probably hungover when I was talking to him, but he was in only his 2nd or 3rd Champions League game in a big game & he got tackled by an opponents, spokes up, & they nailed him in the side of his knee....his knee cap was moved to a 90 degree angle to where it usually would be....I believe this happenned sometime in the early-to-mid 90's, judging by his age (mid-to-late 20s)....at this time, he said there wasn't many avenues for knee surgery....he had 2 options, either try & fix it & risk not being able to walk properly ever again, & the chances of playing professionally were very low anyway, or fusing the knee cap in place, & be able to walk, but will never play again....he chose the latter....& his career was essentially over before it started....

I definitely know he was involved in soccer, at least at the coaching level....I recall him being offered an assistant coaching job for the Michigan college soccer program or something but soccer wasn't that big in States in 2000, so money was shitty, & he would have had to get another job to live....

I'm trying to recall his name because I could look it up, but I just can't....like most people I flatted with during that year (in 2000 I lived in 6 different houses in the one year), I don't have any contact nor any details to contact them....

as for girls with big boobs....let's see, first one was mate's girlfriend who ended up giving another mate head in my room (I wasn't happy with that at the time  )....2nd one would be the place I lived at for 2 weeks, but she had the biggest ass I've ever seen, even though the rest of her body wasn't that big....that was a huge arse....I liked that place because it was across the street from my favourite pub....3rd one was when I lived with 3 country girls (they were all about a year to two older than me) who went to the other university in Christchurch (or just outside it to be exact)....one of the country girl had nice big breasts....one day after mowing the lawn with one of those crappy, manual push mowers, she rubbed the sweat off her head by lifting her shirt above her boobs....she was wearing a bra, but you could tell her boobs were sizeable....and she did this in front of me & the other 2 girls....the other 2 girls looked at me in shock, & I'm like, don't mind me  the last one with big boobs I lived with was in the place with 6 bedrooms where I lived with 4-5 other mates....for about 6 weeks, this girl from Auckland was down....she was a normal size girl but her boobs were just huge, way out of proportion....that's why we let her have the room  we all drooled over her & many gave it a go trying to score her & she denied all of them....I got along with her well, but no doubt would have had a crack at some point if she had stuck around....I did manage to get my 1st double bed off her, the mattress of her & the base off her hot mate once she went back to Auckland....she probably would have stayed the whole year had the tafe not cancelled the course she came down for :x ahh well, damn, I have hundreds of stories from good times during uni & flatting :P
