Your Basketball Stats Thread

We had a kid that was 6'1 and he was dominating(7th grade). All we had to do is pass it to him and he would score. Itwas funny looking how midgets would jump and try to grab the ball from him

Hehe, how did that happen?

I remember that about 5 years ago, at some local school tournament one of my teammates got the ball right from the tip-off, crossed the centercourt line and scored two for the oponents. I tried to explain the ref that that must have been a backcourt violation before the basket was scored, but the referee was being a bitch and the two points stood. On top of everything we lost by one. If I remember right it was me, who missed the game winning attempt in the last few seconds.

I scored for the other team once... went to grab a rebound over some guy and accidentely tipped it in.

Balanced it out by slapping in a tip-in from outside of the key on the next play... for my own team btw. Volleyball background finally came in useful.

The last time I played semi-organized basketball was at the local streetball tournament. We played 3-on-3 with teams consisting out of four players (one reserve) and we played like four games with me being starter in three of them. I managed to score a sole basket (100 fg%, though ) in all of them combined. I did get a lot of blocks and enough rebounds to be usefull. It's not like other guys were much better - they only shot 3s for the whole event, simply because they couldn't get to the basket. And I doubt that there was actually an assist made.

And yes, I suck. I'm like more athletic, 6'3 version of Mark Madsen.

errr i played 1 game last year even tho i was 1 of the best players in my year i always missed training cuz i was never at skool here are my career averages lol
