Well, Loaiza did well last year, but I still feel we uncharacteristically overpaid for him, being 34 and all.

traded Foulke for Billy friggin' Koch!

Interesting factoid about Billy Koch: "Billy and his wife paid fellow pitcher Justin Miller $1500 to get "I Love Billy Koch" tattooed on his ass." :shock:

Izturis is just fine... His average could be better, but he is still one of the best defensive shortstops around. They overpaid for Furcal, in my opinion, and they actually got another SS, Nomy, who they intend to play at 1B. Go figure.

Yup. From what I've read this guy is even more of a ticking bomb than Ron Artest. That 'kick in the groin' incident with the team's trainer was hilarious... unless you're the trainer.
