Posibly speeding up my ADSL??

Hey i was wondering is it possible to speed up my ADSL without paying for the faster plan? Cuz ive noticed when im downloading from some sites it starts off at 100kbps then dropes to my regular 25kbps, therefore i have to assume it can go faster. Does anyone know how to speed it up?

Have you tried using an HTTP download "accelerator"? Trying using DAP...google it. It places multiple download request instances on a server for a single file and helps to maximize your bandwidth.

In truth, no software can speed up your Internet; you'll need a faster plan. But programs like the one Yohance mentioned can maximise the efficiency of your connection.
