I'm sure a lot of celebrities have.. a lot of people look forward to them. I saw on TV about 2-3 people die every year plus a handful of injuries though.

I think the bull is cooked and eaten when the match is over.
Having a game/sport to kill a bull is no less different than having a cow in a slaughterhouse butchered for beef.
