i was downloading a patch, and it says i have downloaded the file 13 times, but i cant find it anywhere on my computer

sometimes tehre is a timer on the thing that counts down, and after it get to 0, then the download link comes.

Like someone else said, wait till the timer is up, and if you don't get the link to the download after the counter is done, then you usually just have to wait an hour.
