LOGO CHANGE

Hi I'm new to these forums and i was wondering what program do you use for changing or creating team logos. I have Gimp not Photoshop.

photoshop is best and about cavs logo u want animated? u can do it through imageready
or just google it

Illustrator is the best program to create/edit logos...ita the program that professional graphic designers use (hopefully i'll be one someday
