I wouldnt go as far as classifying Melo as a "Thug"
People smoke weed here and they aren't "Thugs"
Even black people

Wow it feels good to have some support from good ol' Cambyman and Cyanide to protect Melo.

I think KG has had more public sissy fits than Melo has....plus the t-wolves have had there share of moaners and thugs....Spree, Cassell, Wally World, Eddie Griffin, Hudson and they even drafted one in McCants....the list goes on.

Sprewell? Thug.
Cassell? Thug.
Wally? He's the opposite of a thug.
Eddie Griffin? Thug.
Hudson? Rapper? Does that make him a thug?
McCants? Too early to tell. So far? Nope.

Garnett has thrown more sissy fits? Can you please name them? Can you find a quote of Kevin Garnett complaining that he didn't make the all-star team? How about Garnett trying to take someone out of a game?

There are two kinds of thugs. Cassell is a talker but he doesn't do much when it comes to other thugish behavior. Sprewell is a all out thug, that is true. The difference is Cassell and Sprewell didn't try to injure Carmelo Anthony. The Nuggets (Nene, Elson) tried to take Garnett out because they realized they didn't have a chance with Garnett playing. What was the result of that? Garnett came back with a vengence and we kicked their asses in 5 games.

It's not just Minnesota fans who call the Denver Nuggets the "Denver Thuggets". It's a pretty well known nick name around the country. So obviously it's not just me who thinks the Nuggets are little too "hard core" for their own good. Kenyon Martin is not only a thug, but he's probably one of the top 3 biggest douchebags in the league.

i think you need to apply that to the nuggets or "thuggets" (first time seeing it for me) too, riot

IMO:
carmelo comes off as whiny, immature. not a thug
as does cassell

that was a lowball, unclassy move by elson & nene, but i wouldn't call them thugs. they are just idiots acting like thugs for that play

i don't think camby is a thug- just look at that guy- he'd get a beatdown in a fight.

i think Kenyon Martin and Sprewell are the thugs. the others have some kind of attitude problem: mccants, griffin

But the difference is the Timberwolves let Sprewell and Cassell go because they were thugs and hurting the teams chemistry and PR.

i don't follow- the difference?

are the nuggets suffering as a franchise because they have some players who some perceive as thugs?

are the nuggets considered "thuggets" by the most of the nba or just by timberwolves and their fans because of that rivalry forming??

by the t-wolves. I've never seen other teams fans call them thuggets.

Riot, did any of the nuggets actually say that they wanted to injure KG? NO. So u don't have any evidence to say that Nuggz tried to injure him. I'll just say they were going a lil harsh on KGay.

You have quite a way with words. You think that a player would ever come out and openly tell everyone he was trying to injure a player? Hell no, unless he wanted to face major repercussions. Going a little harsh? Please.

A lot of fans call the Denver Nuggets the Denver Thuggets. Like I said, I learned that from a Kings fan online.

Yeah, he calls Garnett gay yet Garnett got married to a pretty fine woman. He'll get more pussy than you, and that's sad if a "gay" person gets more pussy than you.

so? maybe he doesn't like nuggets. Denver never had any problems with Sacramento, the only team we hate in here is the timberwolves...
