EA games .VS. Espn games

I am trying to get some opinions here between EA games or ESPN games.

Every year I buy both versions...ESPN games and EA games.

It is hard choosing wether to play one longer.

I know EA games have better gameplay and better features.

On the other hand most ESPN games have better graphics and cost only $19.99.

So please help me decide and give a reason with your answer.

If you want more realistic games, then 2K games is for you, but if you want realistic, but fun at the same time, then EA is for you. I prefer EA over 2K games because the controls are better, and the games are more fun. EA has better features. For example, NBA Live 06 has dunk-on ability and freestyle superstar abilities. NHL 06 has skating marks when you skate. MAdden NFL 06 has the truck and hit stick. Its just more fun.

Yeah, those are things I like about EA games.

Plus, I like how they come out earlier than the 2K games.

For this year, I think 2k6 and 2006 are pretty good. 2k6 is definitely more realistic. I don't think EA is realistic AT ALL compared to this year's nba 2k6. However, NBA Live 2006 is fun, despite being arcadish. IT IS arcadish, no matter how you put it though. Sliders will make it a tad more realistic, but it's still a lot more arcadish than 2k6 at default.
However, 2k6's AI(Artifical Intelligence, not Allen Iverson..-_-;;) is very retarded and annoying. NBA Live's AI isn't that much better, but compared to 2k6 it's pretty good. It kind of sucks to play against the computer.

Right. The first time I got a 2K Game was last year when I got NFL 2K6. I noticed how realistic it was. Then I noticed the gameplay wasn't as fun as playing madden.

It comes down to perspective and personal prefrence man. Just dont go for the brand, but the actual quality of the individual game and you should be alright (Y)
