Hasn't happened to me in ages. From what I understand the fix doesn't prevent it from ever happening but in the rare situation that it does happen, it will only be a momentary occurence.

It's happened twice the past two days for me, so nothing major like before. And as long as it's not too often and under too long periods of time, it's alright, no biggie. It's just a little od that it found itself back after more than a month...

It's happening to me twice a day or so, but if I click refresh about three times it goes away.

I don't know what else we can do, we've already got the fix installed. I've yet to experience it again.

It's actually really bad today (Oct 5), it's happening while I'm browsing/posting. For example, I just got it [4 times now] while I'm posting this message.

No, if that was the case, then it'd be happening just prior and during the Australian and Chinese release. It seemed to happen afterwards.

I still haven't had it happen to me, and I was getting the error before. The fix we installed isn't 100% failsafe but it shouldn't be happening nearly as much as before. Usually when I'm on there's around 60 people online, which wasn't happening before the fix.

It doesn't happen as often, but there are times when it happens and I have to refresh 5-10 times. I'd say it happens 1 in every 12 or 13 times.
