The JKidd one I like, especially the text effect. Two things though, black brushing by the 'as' of his name clouds it a bit much, and I'm not a fan of patterns overlaying the plyaer pics.

Latest one, you've got the coach wearing dark colours, and the defender wearing dark colours, but dark colours are nowhere to be found on your background. If you only had a player in those home jerseys it would be fine, but right now the contrast is a little to stark. From a purely technical aspect it's good enough.
