Postby Wormy10 on Sun Sep 11, 2005 9:19 am

Well I am already in season 3 of my superstar's career, I wish I could have started it from the beginning but I didnt think to do this so I guess its better now than never, later on i'll give a breakdown of my first 2 years with stats and stuff.

Ok guys this isnt going to be the most fancyest Dynasty ever and please if anyone ever has any ideas please share so I can make it the best it can be.
I am already in my 3rd season like I just said and I started out Graduating from the University of Texas. My parents were both very intelligent, as you know you pick your own parents, and they had very high IQ's, somewhere in the 100's. I am 6'4'' and weigh 225. I was drafted in the 4th round at the 26th pick by the Baltimore Ravens. As you know their QB now Kyle Boller isnt the best so it didnt take much to get the starting job. I am rated at 83 so it is not like I am a perfect player that does everything right. This is not a realistic dynasty, I REPEAT, this is NOT a realistic dynasty. I play on the Pro level which is the 2nd one and my stats are outrageous. I am not saying I am good because I only play on Pro but it is easy for me, and for some weird reason the next level is hard for me so I stick at this. I am about to show you my stats for the first 2 seasons I had and you will see how crazy this is lol but please still check this out, considering its the only Madden Dynasty here at the NLSC. Anyways back on track. I played out my contract at Baltimore and I had the choice on re-signing day to stay or walk. I chose to walk even the I had fun on the team, the defense is amazing and I just like it. I want to play in all the different teams I can so I am going to walk each year. I received offers from 6 different teams and I picked the crapiest team to sign with even though it was the least amount of money, the Arizona Cardinals. So here I am now, 8 games into my 3rd season. I am still going to go back and make posts for the first 8 games and then pick back up when I catch up. I hope you all enjoy this and stick around and give me ideas etc. I am only more than likely going to post stats for my Superstar since this mode is based on one player, but if anyone wants stats on someone that plays in the NFL from any team, like they just want to see how they compare then I will check it for them and tell them. Well wish me luck and here we go...

Doesn't dominating get old quick? With my Titans team I win most games, but it's a close challenging game.

Yes it does, my first year I just threw long and ended up with 94 TD's lol
So my 2nd year I threw short like 99% of the time to up my completions and down my TD's
My yards per season isnt too outrageous, I mean for a rookie getting almost 5,000 yards is but at least im not getting 10,000 + yards a season lol. So each year I am trying to improve that
I mainly focus on leading the league in completions, thats my main priority
After this season I am going to put it on the next level and make it more realistic

94 TDS

My Joey Harrington has thrown 49 in a year and a half. Cool idea tho. If you think all-pro is too hard you can go and adjust the AI and your ability to play kinda like the sliders in Live. Good Luck.

EDIT: Shit, WTF is wrong with my PC? :?

EDIT2: Nice (Y) The team didn't allow a point in 35 consecutive games :D Talk about a good defense

Yea I mean I didnt really have to do much on defense, Terrell Suggs is a fucking beast and had a shit load of sacks, like more in one season than some have in their careers but I didnt post other players stats, he and most of the other defensive line would just get through and sack, and Chris Mcalister and Ed Reed and Samari Rolle were INT masters. But 94 TD's yea lol it is a lot but the 2nd season see I had 59 :) still a shit load but I am trying to set a pace this season, I have 20 now and im halfway through the season so I am working on 45 or lower. My passing yards is on pace for well over 5,000 and I may have close to 400 completions.

RIP32,
I am definently going to do that next season.

Cody Worley's Stats
ImageImage

The Cardinals did their job for the first time in awhile and it paid off in the end, with a 40 point win!!! Star QB Cody Worley felt right at home in his first game in a Cardinal jersey. " I do miss Baltimore but I'm sure I'll get used to this atmosphere pretty quick, the fans are great and they get into the game. When you do something right they'll let you know haha," said Worley in his post-game interview. This is the first game that has been played in the newly rebuilt Superdome. Cody Worley actually donated a grand amount of money towards the Huricane Katrina fund that year, and also a few to help rebuilt the stadium. "It feels great to finally play here, after donateing just a little piece of my salary to the cause. I am glad that people can finally come here and watch their team play, and for the Saints players as they have had to play their home games away. Haha, I am just sorry that we had to humiliate them at home."

Ok this really bores me. I remember everytime I tried to start a Dynasty for NBA Live I would get tired of it quick and then stop it, its too much work for me. Plus I dont believe anyone will check it out the much even though it is the only Madden Dynasty on the forum. I would like someone to do one and maybe me help out with it? If anyone would be interested in that...

I just bought madden about 2 days ago, and I've been using super star mode. Too bad I'm still not really that good with madden in general so It's kinda tough to proceed in the game :P

Though, my super star couldn't have went better. My mom was like a cartoon columnist for a newspaper? (high IQ I believe) My dad was an All-Pro NFL MLB (Middle Line Backer) and avg IQ around the 100's. I'm a MLB just like my virtual dad...I'm 6'3 and weigh 238lbs. I went to Harvard if I remember correctly.... I scored an 80% on my IQ so that was good...my first attempt I scored 30%

But yeah, the reason why it went so good is the fact that I was drafted by my favourite team! EAGLES! I was drafted around 3rd round, 4th pick. But the thing is, the position I'm on, there is already an even better linebacker infront of me (Jeremiah Trotter). Not that good, since well I probably won't see a lot of the field probably for the first season.

Still doing pre-season ...It's really hard to get good points when you're on defense. As just 1-5 yards gained by let's say a run by westbrooke is like -10 points off your total already.

I'm talking about training camp sorry. I guess I left that detail out, but that's what I'm currently doing. Your ratings increases or decreases depending on how well your training camp goes. More points per play etc, the more points your players attributes will rise. I'm already using realistic sliders on All-Pro...but may be thats my downside...a little too rough for a rookie for me
