I'd go with option #2. The attempt at mutlicolouring is...um...valiant. Use the 'Heat' from the first one on the second one. and I suggest using a much smaller font positioned better for shaund8f7g8sd or w/e and dynasty. Eg. In small white Arial right above Heat write your name ending at the flame extension. Then write dynasty in the same font coming out from under the the top of the T.

It looks bad because of Dwyane. His picture has tha red background..which doesn't fit at all witht he sig becuase it's jsut a cut out square.
