Orange juice, strawberries, a banana, a scoop of protien powder, some ice, and a bit of milk. That stuff is delicious, but since I don't have that much money, I hardly ever make it.

Edit: Replace strawberries with peaches, or just add peaches, and you got another awesome flavor. Same with blueberries. (y)

perfection? spell amatuer correctly and learn how to properly cook chicken in the oven with seasoning/oil without burning it

Try to eradicate your tendency to be unnecessarily sarcastic and that would be one small step for you towards perfection.

anyways if DW just eat the breast of chickens, where are the other parts gone? who will munch on them? E.G. the wings, legs and neck and the ass?
just a question though DW

Where we're from, we can buy boneless, skinless chicken breast only in boxes. I think the rest of the scrap goes to McDonald's.

I swear Cy must be linked with me by blood... ... or is a mind reader through the net.

Just put some strawberries in a blender, and then add some orange juice (that or milk, I think it's orange juice though). Tastes awesome if you like strawberries.

We tend to avoid sugar. Even from natural sources.

Yeah, fructose is a no-no these days, but DWeaver, the taste! The taste!

Actually, my protien shakes these days is simply water, glutamine, and a scoop of whey.

Screw taste!!! Taste = the enemy, the easy way home... take the LONG way home, brethren...

one scoop per day? That's half a chicken breast, more or less.

Sad, but true  but it doesn't hurt to have a cheat meal once a week ;)

One scoop here is 33g of protien, and I don't think the body can utilize more than that in one sitting?

I have a cheat DAY once every 2 months!!! I eat whatever I want and don't move a muscle... You know, everything tastes MUCH,MUCH better if it's been so long since you last ate it... That special day is worth about 6000 Kcal, but it's worth it. Think of it as the reward for 2 months' worth of efforts.... (Y)

I've had about 6 cheat days in a row... it was originally just going to be one, I had a piece of cake and some cream but since then I've just been eating all sorts of shit. Tonight alone I've had 1/2 a pizza, a full bottle of Bailey's and 6 cans of Pepsi Max :|

No problem. All this means is one FULL year without ANY cheat meals. Have a nice day. 8-) j/k

Tue Sep 06, 2005 5:33 am

I'll go a week without but that's the best I can do

Tue Sep 06, 2005 5:37 am

6 cheat days for every 7 strict days are better than nothing, but still no cigar... And it all depends on how much ( quantity-wise... ) cheating was performed during the 6 day period...

G(r)eek example: 1 deluxe pizza: 1500 Kcal

5 chicken breasts: 1500 Kcal.

don't try to throw me under the bus because of your mistakes. i wasn't the one who strives towards perfection but can't even spell "amatuer" or cook a seasoned/oiled chicken in an oven w/o burning it

practice what you preach otherwise you'll get called out on it

Yeah well, we're cheap when it comes to food :| It's $60+ for a tub of whey protien, and I don't like to spend $60 every month or two for that stuff.

Cheap protein supplements=bad protein absorption rate.

Tue Sep 06, 2005 11:17 am

Actually, they're all around $80 here, the only reason I got it for $60 was because it was supposed to expire in 4 months and considered "old stock."
