4-6 Defense is 4 linemen, 3 linebackers, 2safeties. with one safety playing like a linebacker and keeping one of the safeties back for coverage and 2 cornerbacks who just man up on there man. 4-6 is use to blitz and contain the run.

theres no such thing as a 4-6 defense, no one would ever use 6 linebackers. That sounds more like a field goal block or punt return. You're referring to a 4-3, because defensive backs (safeties, corners) don't count in the coverage call like that. There are almost always 4 defensive backs, so its a given that there are 4.

And there are good punters. Shane Lechler, Chris Hanson, Mitch Berger, Todd Sauerbrun, and the Falcons punter Toby Gowin. Gowin isn't that great though.

I also love football, on Saturday mornings I play Full Forward and kick tons of goals
