You can set off line (come back) messages if you have Plus! installed (on MSN).

I find myself using MSN to talk to everyone here at the NLSC, I use AIM for my real life friends, and I use Yahoo for no reason at all.

My favorite is AIM probvally because I use it the most but I really don't care what program I use as long as the other person can read the message I am sending them.

I noticed that here in the US most people use either AIM or MSN. However, if you're into online dating service most people use AIM. Teens, pre-teens, young adults use AIM and I see a more mature crowd using MSN. Against all odds, I find Yahoo the most perfect messenger nowadays.
