Everyone who wrote the american was a freemason, except for one person the name of that person escapes.

I did some research on this topic a couple of months ago, since i'm a conspiracy theorist by nature :x .

One of the fundamental rules, is that the members of the freemasonary are not allowed to tell non members what goes on.

However, I do believe the "upper class" or "elite" freemasons are inheriently evil. If youve ever read anything by Aleistar Crowley or Anton Lavey or Albert Pike youd understand. On top of this, the only public levels of freemasonry are the first three levels.

Theres 33 levels that are completely secret. Some of their things are quite eerie. Some people insist there are more ultra secret freemason levels above 33 but Ive never seen any evidence to support that. I'm not saying your grandpa was evil, dont take this the wrong way but it's just what i believe.

Heres a site that explains some of the Mason's stuff:
http://www.freemasonrywatch.org/tracingboard.html <-- oh yes, and i especially like the level 9 vail that has a dude's head being chopped off. :?
