Football Sim League

first of all lemme start by saying im talking abt real Football not that padded up game called American Football

if u guys r interested we can start a football sim league....its a very rare sight....well at least I dont hear much abt em....

Here r my ideas for it

1.We have 20 teams, Each Member(soon to be Manager)can pick any club from Europe(since thats where the big clubs r).......

2.Once u choose the club u will acquire all of its current players.

3.Each club will get $100,000,000 Pounds to spend on players(sorta a salary cap)

4.You cant buy players after u used up your 100 million until u sell a player.

5.Each player will have unique salaries, these salaries of course will waver...Im not talking abt yearly/monthly salaries like the NBA but the signing fee......so say u want to sign Beckham from Real Madrid but hes in bad form he'll be like 20 mill...but say hes like in top form he'll cost u more.....Ill use a formula of course to calculate how much a players worth.

6.After season 1 we split the league into 2 divisions......have a promotion and relegation system.......2 divisions each with 10 teams.....at the end of each season 3 teams at the bottom of division 1 get relegated to division 2.

u ask why the division.....well like in real life which division your in also will effect your income.....a berth/staying in division 1 will mean u get bonus money to finance players and visa versa(of sorts)if your stuck in division 2.

7.We will also have a Cup, where the Top 16 teams(8 from the Div.1 and 8 from Div.2) play in a knockout tournament.....this will of course have huge cash benefits like winning the champions league.

8.Also theirs gonna be stuff like player moral added aswell...so if u go benching a guy for too long hes ratings will decrease as time passes....specially in the case of star players with "ego's"

9.Each team can also spend their money on their youth academy's(u'll get 5 youth players each year to work on)....

10.U can also scout the globe and sign any player u want and not be bound by just making signings with only players that r in the league.

Well theirs alot more of stuff Ill be adding but I gotta see if I can gather up interest in this.

FIFA 2004(with updated squads).......or is that too old for u

I didnt get 2K5 because it had crappy previews......is it even out yet?

n it wont be simmed......it'll be neutral mode 10 minute halves.....I find that the best amount of time when it comes to neutral games to get realistic score lines .

oh yeah we'll be using exhibition mode.....but dont worry Ill be recording everything from Goals to Assists to Cards and Substitions(u can preset this, as in a sorta tactic sheet u post before a game where u say u wanna bring a certain player at a certain time or situation)....or u can let me handle it ....
n as for the youth n stuff.....well Ill tell u guys how ill do that if we can start things off(gonna be hard to find 20 willing football fans):)

anyway if u arent too happy abt we can also go for Championship Manager but Im not quite sure if u can make/edit to make a custom league(mixture of teams)....but I can get it down anytime cause my friend has it...and theirs gonna be issues in signing players etc...
