Damn, this really sucks to lose such a great writer.

I saw it yesterday right after checking the ASG's boxscore on ESPN. Apparently he shot himself to death while playing with a gun. It's a shame, I really enjoyed reading his columns at Page 2, and I hope I can buy "Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas", his most famous book, one day, as it's so hard to find it here in Brazil.

I have never read a book I didnt want to read, and I never heard of Hunter S Thompson...Until now.

I know the work but not the man, he's the "Fear in las veg..." guy, brilliant movie. RIP HIM
