Sorry dude, but it's 100% fake. I took the original and the "drawing" in Photoshop myself and overlapped the drawing with the original, and the head shape fits together perfectly. The "drawing" was done with a Photoshop filter that closely resembles the posterization filter.
A further note, it would take much longer than 4 hours to draw with such accuracy since I'm an artist myself.
