How many times is "The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air" better than "Romeo"?

I can't describe that in words... too much!

The best would be Family Matters. Urkel pwns everyone else in his coolness.

The funniest person alive ofcourse would be Mr. Bean. He doesn't even have to talk, need I say more?

He also had a guest appearance in "The Fresh Prince". Does somebody know "Kenan And Del"?

And can someone tell if the shows mentioned can be watched on TV?
