Sig Size & Avatar Size

so is it true that avatars can only be 30 kb and signatures can be 50 kb max??...or is it just a personal prob?

cause Im sure ive seen ppl with sigs like 125 KB

I reset all signatures when I installed the signature control mod, so no one should have a signature that exceeds any of the limits.
