Avater Problems

i'm trying to put this into my avater but it just ain't working cause it says its done, but then when i go to it, its broken.

I was having Avatar problems too, it seems that certain pics get uploaded but certain ones dont

Try downloading the file to your hard drive and uploading it rather than copying it across from another server. I know that that option is available, but sometimes it doesn't seem to work properly.

Why would you want that ugly face associated with you anyway?

i'm having the same problem as well... i tried uploading from my hard drive and my server already..i was thinking to posting a topic about this last night...the thing is my avatar was working before...i also noticed some poeple have broken links for avatars too...like Mikki's for example

In some cases it could be a product of the server move. Deleting your avatar in your Profile then uploading one from your hard drive might work.

I just tried updating your profile and I got the same error. I've checked and all the settings should be in order. I'll have to try and fix that somehow.

I'm looking into the problem and James C from SGN is helping me out with it, as well as some of the other problems we've been having. Hopefully they'll be fixed soon, sorry for the inconvenience.

Same shit for me. Uploading from the machine, giving a link... no option works.I deleted it, and tried again, but same problem.

Yep, I'm aware it's a global problem. Still trying to work out the problem and develop a solution - James C from SGN is helping me out with that too.

For those who don't check the NLSC Issues section often (or at all):

James C from SGN has fixed the Mark Topics Read function as well as the avatar uploading function. There shouldn't be anymore problems, a huge thanks to James for the help. He's also looking into fixing up the Search function. Furthermore, I'll be starting to add some of those mods that Ruffryder suggested very soon.
