Supreme Court rules against the NCAA

Wonderful decision by the Supreme Court. Justice Brett Kavanaugh said it best;
"The NCAA is not above the law," Kavanaugh wrote. "The NCAA couches its arguments for not paying student athletes in innocuous labels. But the labels cannot disguise the reality: The NCAA's business model would be flatly illegal in almost any other industry in America."
It's about time!

Great news, and definitely overdue given the money that schools have made off students.

It was a 9-0 decision....that tells you all you need to know about the NCAA.Shoot, I used to rant on them during NLSC's Black & Blue days.
For decades, the NCAA suits tried to have their cake and eat it too. Let's be honest, big time college sports stopped being 'amateur' once they got those phat network contracts. Just another cut-throat American business.
