Sox vs Yanks...

anyone else catch this series? man this was one of the best series i have ever seen in baseball. just when it looked like the sox were gonna blow it again in the post season they shock everyone by doing something that has never been done before in baseball, or basketball for that matter(twice in hockey), and win 4 straight after losing first 3. also the yanks by no means blew the series. they fought til the bitter end with the sox making them earn all 4 win. Ortiz and Damon will probably be considered heros in boston from now on. this might not mean as much to you as it does me but as the other forum goers from boston could tell you, this is the hottest story in town now, which is saying something since the pats are on a 20 game winning streak. anyway i just had to make a post about this series as it was truely one of the greats. Go Sox!

REVERSE THE CURSE BITCH!

Hats off to the Red Sox. Hats down to the Yankees -- fucking chokers.

Yes, that statement was quite immature, but what can I say -- I live in Boston. It's been Red Sox mayhem all week. I've stayed up for every game, even the one's they lost and I can't wait for next week.

Johnny Damon really is jesus after all..

My mind in this wild series
-Down 2-0, i was still confident in Bronson Arroyo getting the series back on track, even without Schilling.
-Down 3-0, i had pretty much given up, that 19-8 loss was quite horrible, still some hope in the back of my mind, if Schilling did come back.
-Down 3-1, my hope had returned. With Pedro on the mound in game 5, and Schilling in game 6, i thought they had a great chance at tieing the series up.
-Tied 3-3, well, i almost gave up again. I mean, Lowe? Then i realized kevin brown was pitching for the Yanks, hah, he sucks even worse than lowe....
-Sox win 4-3, i laughed at A-Rods sad looking face, god beating the yankees just feels so good....I cant believe Lowe pitched that well, hopefully he goes on one of his hot streaks and gives us those 3 aces for the world series the sox were supposed to have going into the season.

yeah when lowe is on he is damn good, so if he hits a streak now its perfect timing. about the arod comment, lol i couldnt stop laughing when they showed him on screen. it was funny cause he almost had the look of "damn, i knew i shoulda joined the sox instead of the yankees". anyway it seems fitting that we should have to beat the cards in the WS, seeing as they have beaten us twice in it already.

yah, i'm hoping lowe gets hot, if he does i think the sox take the series with relative ease....The cardinals really dont scare me, the sox will pound their pitching, and the cards wont be able to do much against the likes of schilling, pedro, and a good lowe...
