Iam already hearing that it's going to kill YouTube games streaming as YouTube will only allow you to upload material that you 100% own.

Hope it's not as bad as people are making out

Sounds awfully draconian, at least in the worst case scenario.

So it appears it won't be in full effect till 2021, I've being looking on YouTube and some of the biggest YouTubers from the USA are just as worried about what people in EU will be able to view just as much as we are as it seems that countries like American and Australia will have the freedom to upload what they want as it is now but it will be blocked from been viewed in EU countries which as a saw a few YouTubers point out that most big channels have at least 20-30% of there views coming from Europe so there revenue will take a huge hit
